The New Excitements in Life

Its amazing how we are down until something new and exciting enters into our lives. Why so? Why can't we just be content with all the fortunate things we already have in life. We are alive, good health, not living on the streets, and being productive citizens in the world. It is good to be excited and happy that hard work pays off, but where does it end? When can we just adjust the new found thing with the greatest that has already occurred in life. Ironically, the same goes for when we are disappointed. Everyone has their season and when we are going through a rough time we should be assured that some good will come in the end, no matter how far that might be, days, weeks, or even years. The older we get, the more new excitements intrigue us. The more reigns we have on life, the better deserving of these new excitements we believe should come our way. Why not? Whats the problem? I believe not much, but it's about how we handle it and our reaction from it. Do we believe that we are better than others who didn't receive the same thing? Do we let our pride take over or do we take it as if we are fortunate to have this excitement similar to what we have received in the past. So, when those exciting things come in your life, do embrace them, but put it in perspective and plan accordingly.

I love this gospel song, it speaks wonder. It brings the joy and heart out of you through all the pain and grief you may be suffering. It gets off the mind the trivial matters and things that you can't change and pulls to the forefront the things that you have power to change and are innate. The outside world will not change as much, but you can change your attitude at anytime. Being in control of this is a powerful move and allows you to seek and search more of yourself and who you are. The song puts away all the troubles and fears we have now and what we think the future may hold. So, I will follow the lead of this great songwriter and say TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!
